About the property
Villa Antica is a newly built part of a completely renovated, 160-year-old house in the Jakiri district of Brela on the Makarska Riviera. The new part of the building was added to the old house and consistently adapted to its architectural style, so that both parts of the building visually form a harmonious unit. You live in the new part of the building.
The new Villa Antica has two floors. The studio apartment A11 is on the ground floor and the studio apartment A22 of the same size is on the first floor. Studio apartment A11 has a terrace, studio apartment A22 has a balcony.
Villa Antica has been completely renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
Both studio apartments have the same equipment, including an elegant kitchenette with electric hob (with extractor hood), refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. Further information about the facilities can be found under "Rooms and facilities".
Sitting on the terrace of the studio apartment A11 feels like you are in a garden, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. Between the trees you can see the sea and the island of Brac opposite. From the balcony of the studio apartment A22 you have a unique dream view of the island of Brac and, to the left, the island of Hvar and beyond that the Peljesac peninsula.
On the roof of the new part of Villa Antica there is also a sun terrace with loungers and soon a jacuzzi for our guests. It's obvious: you can also enjoy a fantastic panoramic view from here while sunbathing.
Vacation destination
The Makarska Riviera is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the Adriatic coast in Croatia. On the one hand, it is a fantastic hiking area and the perfect seaside resort. Like a string of pearls, bay after bay is lined up with white, fine-pebble beaches and crystal-clear, turquoise to emerald-colored water.
